Gladman Developments have submitted a planning application to Mansfield District Council to build 235 new homes on an 11.13 hectares site on Peafields, in Mansfield Woodhouse.

Gladmans's applied for 240 new homes back in December 2018 and the planning inspector rejected the scheme over traffic and road safety concerns as well as the wider harm it would do.
